ASSISTANT
PERMANENT PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday – 8.30 am – 3.30
pm (Not negotiable)
(Approx. 21 hours per week)
Location: Canning Vale, in excellent working
environment
Our dynamic established family based company is seeking an
energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who has the relevant
skills and experience to successfully:

Process phone and electronically
generated orders via our computer program
·
Pick and pack orders accurately
for despatch
·
Print, bind and assemble our
range of books & products
·
Maintain stock levels
·
Work independently as well as a
valuable member of our small, efficient team
·
Handle incoming mail and process
payments
We need a vital player with the following high personal
attributes & abilities:

Acute attention to detail & care
·
Work under pressure periodically
·
Flexible attitude to additional
hours as required
·
Highly organized and methodical
·
Initiative and common sense
·
Physically fit as some lifting
involved
·
Willing to share ideas and input
at staff meetings
·
Top communication skills with
customers and management using phone, email and fax
·
Excellent and fluent grasp of
the English language both verbal and written.
·
Must be an Australian Citizen,
or permanent Australian resident.
·
Own vehicle essential
·
Police clearance
